I had an excellent service from time bank employee

I had an excellent service from time bank employee. The lady displayed professionalism and understanding of the issue that I had a query with. After exchanging a few emails and being out of South Africa currently l thought my issue was not going to get the attention it deserved. Surprisingly tyme bank representative made a follow up and called me on the international number failing to get hold of me on my South African number. Some banks will not make an effort to call you on an international number, thumbs up for that. I really appreciate it, exceptional customer service. 👌🏾
