I didnt get assisted

Hi Iam calling tymbank call centre,Iam trying to open an account it's giving me an error I call the inquiry line it get answered by a lady called Yolandi I don't remember her surname I explain to her that Iam having an issue she says on the screen of my computer I must give her an error code I said to her Iam not in front of it right now let me quickly check while doing that I ask her is this a toll free number she says yes it's a toll free number I think she forgot she mentioned calls are recorded while Iam going to my PC all I hear I should rate the level of assistance without being assisted at all.the last time I checked my phone I had R10 airtime after the call it was R3.I call again it got answered by a lady called bulelewa while Iam explaining she hung up on my hear.i call again it got answered by a lady called lindelani while she tries to assist it cuts off my airtime is gone just like that without being assisted.
