I demanded my reversal of R4500 but tymebank is refusing to help

I demanded my reversal of R4500 but tymebank is refusing to help. I even made affidavit as requested but I'm not being help at all. And as my bank they need to help me. The worst part is that there's no branch. That's why many people don't like it
