I can you please help me to get that grant money 😭😭

Hi I'm writing this on behalf of my mother because tymebank has failed her as I trusted it I tried to call them they give me different reasons until today .I wanna know what's happening with my bank honestly I can't do anything with my card everything its blocked I don't have an accessibility on it anymore they took my 1500 when I call them they tell me that there's nothing wrong my concern is that how can they took my 1500 and that money its a grant money. Everyday when I call them they give me different reasons and they don't do anything about that since last year di 11 December 2023 I report that ***** and they told me that they doing investigation but there's no feedback .until I called them today they told me that they declined my investigation but they didn't send an sms or something to show up that their declined it I'm the one busy calling them they don't even have a shame to contact me about this issue # the reason is that the said the send the OTP in my number which is I didn't get it .
