I am a new customer to TymeBank, and I was having difficulties with my account. I contacted Customer Support, and spoke to Nompumelelo Mazibuko, who could not have been more patient and charming. She helped me find out what I had done wrong, went right back to the beginning with me, and helped me go through the entire process with no hiccups. I am now a firm TymeBank devotee
