HR BANK FORM

I wanted to move my salary to their account,my HR gave me a form to be filled ,Because they don’t have walk ins ,I send an enquiry with the form that needs to be filled and indeed they called within 24hours as promised and then reassured me that the form will be filled and send to me within 48 hours ,it’s been over a week now of sending emails and no one is responding,I mean why don’t they communicate if they can’t fill the form ,They are suddenly so quiet,I’ve send more than 3 emails trying to remind them .I will take my salary else where though they wasted my time
