Horrible service TymeBank

It is a pity there's no 0 stars - I would give that to TymeBank. I had a goal save account with them, which I was advised that whenever I need my money I would get it. When the time came - I cancelled my goal save and selected the payout immediately and I did not get my money. I then went to their branch in East Rand Mall and they logged a call for me and later I received an sms that my matter has been resolved and I can trasnfer the money. I tried to transfer but to no avail - the money refuses to move. I then went to the branch again and their horrible branch Manager told me that there is nothing they can do for me to get my money. What a horrible service I received. Do not save your money with TymeBank - it is easy to save with them but difficult to get your money!
