Horrible service, ***** happening in my account!
I have about 10 references with tymebank, I have been waiting for them to sort out an issue. They are failing to close a loan account. Its been 5 horrible months of my credit profile being affected. Its been over a week after I repeatedly logged a complaint waiting for the complaints department to call me and resolve this issue. Is this bank going to take me serious only if I take them to Ombudsman?
