Horrible Service

I have struggled the whole month of January to find a Kiosk that can assist me with changing my number. I have tried 6 Pick n Pay stores and none of them had a working Tyme bank machine. I AM HIGHLY UPSET!!! I could not activate my app, I use Tyme bank as my main bank so I could not pay bills. I was forced to withdraw huge amounts of money to pay my bills resulting in huge bank charges as they dont have an ATM and pick n pay never has cash for withdrawals. You guys need to do better!!! As of today, I am done using this bank.
