Horrible service at TymeBank Menlyn at Jet and pick n pay

10 September 2024 at 9am at jet menlyn we were I need of TymeBank service, app arrival, three employees from Jet Menlyn store did not take notice of us, as we waited near the TymeBank machine, eventually we decided to self service our selves as we discovered they had blocked the app which required for us to call into the center, eventually I approached one of the forth jet employees who also passed us without notice. She the proceeded to advise that the consultant is not in that time it was 9:15 am, they advised us to go to pick n pay menlyn which we were also advised the consultant working there was supposed to be in by 9 am however they have not been in yesterday (9 September 2024), eventually we have not been assisted and we can't access the app. TymeBank always gives problems it's frustrating.
