Horrible service

On the 7th December I sent money to a family member who was stranded and you guys did an excellent job to make sure his day gets worse. He went to pick n pay in Kolonade and he was told that the system is offline. He sent me the voucher number back and I went to three different pick n pay stores on different days and I was told that the transaction was processed. We called the contact centre with the help of the consultant and I was told that the money is not drawn. I cannot wait for 7 days for my money to be returned . Your systems failed me and I can't be inconvenienced as a result. Regards
