Horrible service

I call in to get an up to date bank statement. Now, because I cancelled my bank due to me suspecting ***** I couldn't get the bank statement. The consultant that was assisting was rude and didn't understand that I don't work for the bank so I wouldn't understand the terms they use. I gave the card details under the impression because it's my card all would still be in order just to get my bank statement because I haven't had time to go get a new card. If the app would just allow one to get a bank statement to current date there wouldn't be all this nonsense. I hate banking with tymebank and will change soon.
