Horrible service

The worst bank to ever exist. Proof of payments can’t be sent as pdfs but as photos. Some companies do not take pictures but PDFs and they don’t want a photo that has been converted into a pdf. Now my payment has been disregarded and not taken into account but money still went out of my account. I reported this matter multiple times yet nothing is done and in all cases I lost my money
