Horrible Service

I am extremely disappointed with Tymebank service.. i have sent R1000 using the Send money service on my phone app and received an error code 1 ,they then asked me to call their contact centre.. when i get through to them the consultants don't know what to say or even how to handle queries. The money was debited from my account but the person i sent the money to never received the sms to pull out the money at pick n pay .. We have been waiting for 6 hours and no one has called with feedback to tell me what the hell is going.. this is the most terrible service i have ever seen in my life.. Tymebank is really dragging Patrice Motsepes name down the Mud.. now my money is gone from my account and with a stranded frustrated person waiting at pick n pay... Can some one just please close this bank its a disaster and embarrassment to south Africans...
