Horrible Poor service EVER!!

Tymebank is a pathetic bank!!! 4 months ago, i lost my card, it was block and after few weeks i got another one that i can't activate. Yet no consultant is able to assist even their IT team can't solve my problem. I use my airtime to call them, sent plenty of emails till today i can't use my card. :(
