Horrible experience of service

My account was reported for ***** and after an extensive call I was told to send an affidavit to ********. I have still not received any response nor have they removed hold.

I even sent my documents to ******** which I found on the internet and they responded stating issue has been resolved however its not.

Stating issue G-233063 is resolved.

Upon calling them they even stated the person that reported me submitted no document however I haven't as well thus block remains and I told them but I have and then they just hung up.
