Horrible experience
So you guys are allowed to suspend our accounts without checking with us first I need my bank account back I have funds in there that I need to use, how is it that at anytime you can suspend someone account without their knowledge now I need to wait for your ***** department to call me back of which for sense of "urgency."48hours is useless. Can this be sorted out as I need to use those funds

27 Oct 2021, 00:59Just went through your reviews and for a new bank you guys are really dropping the ball, whatever is happening is not FICA proper and such things needs to be reported how is it that your compliance officer isn't aware of your invompetence I need my issue sorted out and you guys know an exact time frame to deal with a complain before a person escalates it. Your ***** department is non-existent and people are really not having it. Why is it so hard to let people know what's happening with their money? What happened to treating coustemers fairly? Ombuds will know about this
