Horrible experience and service

Since last year the 13th of December when my account was de*****ed till today tymebank hasn't refunded me instead the refuse to refund what was ****** from me it has been over 6 weeks now they haven't contacted me it's the 3rd review I write with no aid ,this is truly bad I have proof that tymbank saw that I was being de*****ed Nd ignored my email telling them that I am being hacked truly tymbank is horrible in customer care and safety
