Horrible

I wanted stamped document from the bank confirming banking details I was advised to send it to *** I did just that, that was last week call following up last week they confirmed that they recieved my document and I Will get it back Monday or Tuesday , Tuesday received sms to send it on another email , I have never received poor service like this ,this is disappointing I have not received my document even now and I need it urgent this is so hurting me ,I am regretting using this bank so disappointed.
