Horrible Customer Service
They should just have branches with people who actually know Customer service and that want to help. I wonder how the consultants are trained because WOW! We have to deal with PMS's from female consultants.
I was struggling to send a POP to myself or any other recipient as it was giving me an error so I called in this morning just after 9am and I was assisted by a gentleman named Phumudzo who was very helpful. He escalated my matter and I received a confirmation message with a ref number.
I was receiving updates thoughtout the day through sms and when I got a message saying that the matter is resolved, I then called back only for a very uninterested consultant Samkelisiwe to take my call. After relaying to her my problem, she responded that she has been told to "advise me" that my matter had been resolved. Even after communicating to her that I am still not able to send/receive the POP she was adamant that there is no problem on my profile.
She put me on hold for almost 25 minutes as "She was going to ask the person who was assisting me earlier what to do next". When she came back to the call, there was still no assistance until my line eventually got cut off. I told her that I cannot hold for long before she put me on hold but I guess that didn't matter.
There is a reason why the POP is needed which is why I wasted my time calling for assistance.
TYMEBANK is proving to be the worst each and everyday. Maybe we should just stick to our usual banks which have branches and that render the promised service.
