Horrible **** bank, stay away from them!

If I could give a zero star rating I would. I called to report that there were unknown charges on my account. ,I was told that my card was used to subscribe to Adobe and asked them to cancel it. I was assured that it was cancelled and provided with a reference number. A month later I have paid over R500 in declined fees, those 10 Rands you take every minute have cost me so much. You are the only bank that charges R100 a day on declined fees. I have been hearing bad thing about you but now I can attest to that. I lost so much money over something you could have prevented had you just cancelled the card as you said you would.
