Worst worst worst experience with Tyme bank! No body should open an account with them. My account was *****ed almost 3 weeks ago. I contacted them over 10 times, my account has been blocked. Consultants keep telling me different stories. Never got a call back from the ***** department. Next thing I get a text message saying the issue has be resolved and I won’t be getting my money back. I called back and requested call back via their WhatsApp abs NOTHING. I have asked to speak to a manager and they said someone will call me but again NOTHING. When speak to the consultant over the phone I said I want to speak to a manager and then close the account they told me if you close your account I won’t be able to open another account with them again! What kind of nonsense service is that! I have never heard of such!!! Clearly don’t want to provide a service of giving people the option to choose. I am applaud with Tymebank. It was a savings account but me and my family will take our money somewhere else. SHOCKING!
