Holding on for agent assistance for an hole hour. at call Centre with no answer!!!

I have been struggling to speak to an consultant in your call Centre. I have been holding for an hour at my own cost but did not get to be assisted by an agent. I have now dropped the call

Can someone please call me back to assist?
