Hold on my account without communication

I am very dissatisfied with Tymebank. Tymebank put my account on Hold without any notice or notification just because my account needed an upgrade.I received money from government yesterday and it's not reflecting because they put my account on Hold without letting me know. I called the government institution and they said they made payment but Tymebank saying no funds came through because of the hold. Why did Tymebank put a hold on my account without any communication I can't get my funds now they are no where to be found
