Hold account

Every time when i just use my account to make an online purchase from a store like avo shop and pnp asap my account gets put on debit why this account my.life policies is on if it goes on like this i have to change my bank because my policies will duplicate because of this my policies have to deduct money from this account monday i just did and online order buying groceries from pnp asap and received a R10 from my father's bank account and here my account is on hold of this continues i have to cancel my insurance policies and move to a different bank i opened my policies last month they will deduct for the first time monday You put my account in hold for 3 times this month Can you please check my email i did send my query via email aswell
