Highly disappointed

I have since had a problem with changing my number at your kiosk and i am still struggling with the same thing till today. You guys **** to me telling me that it has been sorted yet i still get the same error on your kiosk . If you guys are a digital bank as you say you are your Technical team needs to do their job
