Hi Tymebank. I received a very nice call from Yolande Jacobs this morning. We had a beautiful chat. She was extremely patient with me, very kind and understanding, and she helped me a lot. I truly appreciated her warmth and friendliness. It was a rough and anxious morning but we got through it fantastically and I appreciate that a lot. Thank you so much Yolande.
