Hi there, Hope you are well. My name is Siyabonga Siyamukela Kunene and I am account holder at tymbank. I had a problem with regards to a debit order of a third party which was taking my money and not rendering any services. I have called the third party numerous time however I was unable to reach them and I got a bit worried that I might have been ****med. Upon realizing my situation I called the bank and spoke to Nthabiseng meje who was very helpful and understood my situation. She went above and beyond to help with stopping future debit orders and in reversing the debit order. She read me the terms of business and explained it to me. She even above and beyond to help me with my predicament. If it was up to me I would tip her for services however I am truly grateful to her and tymbank for protecting me from this ordeal.
