My bank acc was on hold and they told me the reason and asked me to write an affidavit explaining where did o receive the money that caused my bank to be on hold that was R960 that I received last month, I did write an affidavit and sent to the provided email address then I called them the following day they said they didn’t receive the email how so ?? After that I received countless failed emails , saying that my email is not delivered I don’t know how because I kept on sending to the email that they provided maybe they were just playing around by giving me a wrong email address , now I must wait for them to be in the write mood for them to open my bank so that I will bank account . They keep on lying and say I one of their agents will call me I’m still waiting for their calls
