Help my 95 years old granddad to get his funds

My granddad is 95 and cant access his funds because his card has expired and his finger prints are not reading, call centre is not assisting cause when they speak to him some things he cannot recall fully because they have too many questions and all he has been complaining about is the money he left in his account. He knows his pin number but his finger prints are not reading anymore and Tymebank is just not assisting. We tried even your email address system and you are not responding to us.

Hi Lebogang,

Please send us a private message with your grandad's mobile number and we will do our best to assist him.

Hi. I have mentioned that I used you email address given to me to send all details to you so which contact details should I use as I have mentioned to you that I am not getting any response. I am not happy about your feedback. Rather give me a number for which I could contact you

Stop giving me your toll free number as your solution when I previously did contact you guys with my grand father who can barely hear and has a touch of Alzheimer's and can barely see or speak for long. They asked him questions and then the phone cut off due to lack of funds, we have no funds to keep calling your customer care that is not toll free. I first recharged with R50 and because my grandad is slow it cut off and despite asking the again to call me back should it cut off he said he cant control traffic, even after I tried to give him an alternative number to use should it cut of as an alternative to that of my grandfathers which is no longer working as he doesn't have a phone cause the sim card is no longer in network he never paid heath to me. Then i called again after again recharging with the same amount of R50 and only to find that it's a different agent and she too asked different question and could not continue where the other one left off then again lt cut us off but luckily she called back without even my request, seeing the frustration I was under and however your system refused for us to proceed because for some reason it said the information provided was not corresponding. We are dealing with a 95 years old who is continuously telling us that he wants his money from your bank, so is this your way of cheating elders out of their money. His card had expired in February and his fingerprints are not scanning - the worse thing is that you have no 'walk in' branches yet we are in Pretoria and are told about Rosebank, how can we take a 95 years old man who can barely sit up for 30 minutes to Joburg offices in Rosebank for heaven's sake nogal. In the first place you went to their church (ZCC) to get them to create these account cards but now you can't help them out of this trouble and misery. I keep telling you the same thing in my correspondence and you keep telling me the same nonsense response. And stop responding to me privately with nonsense and give me a way forward that is a proper solution. I have everything you need give me an email address to send everything to and then send me a proper response with a solution that makes sense. I have sent you my numbers to send me an email address or something. I am doing this publically so and expect you to give me feedback publicly so.
