Hello TymeBank,

I'm reaching out for assistance with my blocked account due to a misunderstanding with My previous bank capitec I transferred R620 to my TymeBank account that amount was been sent to my capitec on March 28, 2026, at 15:10 PM, but later suspected me of ****ming him. I'd like to resolve this by refunding the R620, as I have sufficient funds (R1856.60) in my account.

Could you please help me unblock my account? I'd appreciate your assistance.
