Harassment by Tymebank

Hi everyone. I am being harrased by Tymebank, sending me threatening emails and messages accusing me of not paying my instalment whereas the debit order for their instalment went throughon Friday the 20th of September. I called them the whole day on Monday the 22nd after recieving their email but I got no help instead I was given an email with restrictions. On Tuesday they continued with threateningand irritating email and smses but I told them.everything yesterday. If Tymebank you continue harassingme without looking at hour system carefully I will take drastic measures.
