HALF TRUTH OR LIES

When I phone their customer service center, there is no one to talk to, it is just a voice machine, and voice machine does not answer my questions. Again if I transfer money from my every day account to goal save it reduces money that I have in my goal save account and their consultant at pick n pay does not answer my questions too. What she told me when opening an account she said transferring money is free of charge and depositing money is 4.00 irregardless of how much you deposit. But when I deposit more than 3000.00 it charges double the amount meaning that it is charging me 8.00. I believe that they tell their c;clients half truth or lies.. Now this bank gives me some doubts now. Today at Kloof center, Durban, I asked the guy working there for Tymebank he said they do not give them proper training, the only thing they are being taught is to show people how to open up bank accounts only
