Had it with tymebamk

I have had extreme problems trying to get a debit card from tymebank kiosks, and am want to close my account with them, but I can't get any information about how to go about it. I can't use their customer service number because I am deaf, so I need an e-mail address where I can get intelligent responses, not irrelevant messages apparently from a bot.
