Great service from Esona Vellem - Canal Walk kiosk

I opened an account online, and needed to go into a kiosk to collect and activate my card.

I went to the kiosk in Pick n Pay Canal walk and was assisted by a TymeBank ambassador, Esona Vellem. He was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely patient with me, showed me exactly what to do, and even came to look for me when I was standing in the wrong queue to deposit money.
