Great Bank. A bit unreliable.

I really liked the idea of Tymebank and was proud to live in a time where banking can be so accessible for everyone, it's something I really got behind. Your app is also the best looking in my opinion.

After moving my salary over and commiting, I ran into 5 experiences that has lead me to now switch to another bank.

The 5 incidents:

- Card kept declining at McDonalds (I had more than enough funds) and my friend had to pay for me. - Card kept declining at Clicks (I had more than enough funds) and my friend had to pay for me. - Card kept declining at a restaurant while I was out on a date (I had more than enough funds) and I had to pay cash. - OTP took way too long to be received one Saturday evening and I had to make my payment the next day. -Wanted to play lotto this morning and an error occurred.

This all happened in my one to two months of commiting to Tymebank and I sadly have to switch to another bank in the hopes that it will be more reliable. Reliability is very important to me.

Tymebank, I love what you guys are doing and the way you guys are doing it, that's why I'm giving 4 stars. You just need to better inform us of these outages and make sure they don't happen. I'll have to leave for another bank, but I really admire what you guys have done in making banking accessible.
