Good service but these still needs to improve here and there

I do appreciate the response from Tyme Bank 👏👏for trying to resolved my issue with this DEBICHECK ***** COMPANY. But I still think they need to improve their services 🤞I mean they don't have a Branch where you can go too 😳when you are having such problems 😳atlist if they can allow us to be able to reverse unapproved Derbit orders from the app and be able to block them as well 🤞bcs some of this ***** Companies they good at tricking people and still their money 😠. I just beg them atlist let us have the advantage of being able to protect ourself by allowing us to be able to block and reverse our money from the App.
