Good bank, Bad Employees

I have no issues with the banking app or the banking system. The interest rates are great and I love their GoalSave feature and I love that you can have ten. I love that you can physically see the daily compounding happening. Very encouraging to keep the money in the GoalSave.

However, the training of employees is where the bank loses a star. The PnP branch in Knysna no longer has an ATM and even before that the ATM/Sign up machine was broken for almost three months. I tried withdrawing money via the app and an app-generated code at Knysna's local PnP and no one seemed to know what to do.
