Goalsave all gone!! Fixed savings all gone!

I have lost my savings I trusted the bank to keep my money safe, to say I feel violated is an understatement. My money was taken by an unknown person *******ly through my banking application without my consent. They managed to change my pin and I couldn’t log in, they took control of my number and I had to contact my provider to recover this. They got a new card under my name at the kiosk and used all the money.

I was speaking highly of this bank and was looking forward to keep saving , unfortunately all my savings are gone. I am the only breadwinner for my family. This all happened this week, the whatsapp customer care still has not responded on WhatsApp it is only emails that they rep**** to but also there it took long.
