Goalsave

I had requested for one of my goals to be cashed out however I tried canceling it and now get an error E0001. I sent a mail however am getting no joy. Firstly I get told that Tymebank tried calling me however I got no missed calls and secondly they said I should call back. I would however currently I have no airtime hence me communicating via mail
