Get more customer service employees that understand what customer service is.

Useless customer service I've ever seen. Every time you call their customer service they never know how to assist and always promise to call back but never does. Now I’ve registered for MoreTyme and the credit given to me keeps decreasing without me using it. Someone please help!!!
