Fund's to be transfer

Tyme bank is quite about my late niece money which was left on her bank account.The money is less than R5000 but they are quite.They didn't even gave us an incident no.My niece lefr a child who doesn't have winter clothes but someone from Tyme bank child is living a healthy life where as am struggling wirh the child who is suffering whereas someone doesn't wana transfer the money
