Funds on hold in tyme bank

Hello Peter my tyme bank account is closed with my funds i need to use. I am really disappointed because they said they closed it because my capitec account was closed. The issue of capitec is now sorted they was a mistake in closing my account. All the fund belongs to me. Please assist
