Funds deducted from my account without notice. Reversal hasn’t happened since

Money got deducted from my account without notice. Requested for a refund and I got message the reversal has been processed however nothing came through. They ****d to have reversed the money only for them to call me severally to say same thing over and over again. All I need is a reversal of my money.
