FRUSTRATED CLIENT

I've been struggling with getting my lost money from tyme bank for 3months now. I've sent them bank statements still nothing everytime I call into the call centre, the agents always tell me that my ticket was logged in wrong . GUYZ IS BEEN 3MONTHS NOW CAN SOMEONE ASSIST IN TELLING ME HOW CAN I FIX THIS WITHOUT CALLING I REALLY NEED MY MONEY NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
