Frustrated!!!

Hi guys. So I've joined tyme bank i think last year and used a different number. I've since moved to another number, and asked Tyme bank consultant to update my numbers. I called yesterday they promise to change my number and call me back today. They did call today in the morning, and told me it will take me an hour and half to update this was around 9am. I waited, but it is almost 16.30pm still my old number appears when i try to log in at tyme bank. It is really frustrating since everything is done online there's no walk ins or branches!!!
