Frustrated

I app**** for a personal loan from Tymebank. Loan was approved and contract signed. I also accepted the debicheck mandate. Now Tymebank is indicating that the debicheck is not accepted, I even asked if they can send a new one but nothing. I called twice this morning. I really don't understand what's happening. Very poor service
