FROZEN ACCOUNT

Tymebank decided to close the account that we use for our collective group's stokvel. They asked up to provide various documents such as Affidavits and the like, which we swifty provided, yet the account remains closed.

This was simply due to an individual who was sour about our stokvel and they ended up contacting Capitec, spewing poison about our group and the account was closed. The real issue here is that Capitec failed to investigate the issue properly. No, they didn't investigate it at all, they simply closed our account without even contacting the account holder for verification and documentation about the said issue and now all of our funds are locked in there and it is really a struggle because members cannot be paid.

Please treat this message as a matter of urgency as lot of lives are affected in our stockvel.
