Froze my account and aren't interested in my side of the story!!!

I was always happy with TymeBank and actually referred them to my friends, until my account was put on hold following a false accusation of *****ulent activity. NO-ONE from the bank contacted me to let me know that they had done this or why. NO-ONE bothered to get my side of the story. After over 140 minutes of wasted airtime being on hold, and dozens of calls, a week later, I have yet to get to speak to the person who is "investigating" this incident! TymeBank is a fabulous bank due to it's convenience, until they decide you are guilty of something that you have not done. Then they will freeze your account and there is NOTHING you can do
