***** from the bank you trusted

I was *****ed from my tymebank account. I received notification that I've got money and an hour later I received another notification stating that my money has been sent to a cellphone number that's connected to a tymebank account . I called and notify the ***** department but it seems as if my Loss of funds don't mean anything. I haven't had the investigator update me,it took me an hour to trace that number through Truecaller and yet the client that trusted tymebank with their money decides to take things slow. I have no food,no means of doing any thing because I trusted your bank with my money. I want my refund back. The emotional distress that you have caused is unbelievable.
